PLANER MILL, QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Employer: Hancock Lumber
Job location: 639 Walkers Mills Road, Bethel, ME, USA
Job Description:Become an Expert in all facets of a Lucidyne Grade Scanner and supporting equipment. Must have knowledge of NELMA Eastern White Pine board grades and grade policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a quaility program around the grade scanner including physical grade checks and review of on screen data. Ensure routine machine maintenance and calibrations. Trouble shoot and repair of scanner systems. Prepare, review and disseminate milling list for Planer Mill runs. Monitor inventory levels and make changes to products per customer expectations.
Salary Range: Range TBD, Salary Position
Comments:Reports to Finish Products Manager. Directs Lucidyne Technicians. Work Hours; Monday-Friday up to 48 hours. Occasional weekends are needed. Excellent benefits, Wellness plan, Performance Bonuses and Retail lumber yard discounts.

Job Description:The PLC Programmer/Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining programming, hardware networking, and communication. He/she will troubleshoot, determine causes of failure, and then correct the issues as well as be able to interface/troubleshoot motor starters, run relays, VFDs, servo motors and controls, and all other PLCs. He/she will also contribute to a learning environment and adhere to established company policies an procedures.
